Under Executive Order No. 183 dated August 17, 2020 issued by Gov. Arthur Defensor, the movement of returning LSIs and ROFs to the Province of Iloilo shall be subject to the following requirements:

a. Returning ROFs and LSIs shall be subject to RT-PCR Test, with the negative result released at least 3 before travel.

b. Medical Clearance Certification issued by the City/Municipality Health Office of origin stating that:

b.1 The LSI is neither a contact, suspect, probable or confirmed COVID-19 Positive case;

b.2 The LSI has completed a fourteen (14) day quarantine, based on the quarantine standards of the DOH; and

b.3 If the LSI was a confirmed COVID-19 Positive case, two (2) RT-PCR Tests have been conducted with negative results.

c.) Travel Authority issued by the Chief of Police of the City/Municipality of origin, or by a higher command.

d.) ROFs and LSIs shall be subject to a 14-day quarantine in a LGU facility upon arrival, or may opt to be quarantined in a commercial/tourism accommodation establishment at their own expense.

e.) The return of ROFs and LSIs shall be subject to coordination with, and acceptance of, either the Province or the Municipality of destination.

Note: The foregoing requirements shall only apply to ROFs who are travelling on their own, and are not transported by the Overseas Workers Welfare Authority (OWWA), and are hereby be treated as LSIs for purposes of travel requirements.
