The Public Employment Service Office of the Iloilo Provincial Government has developed an employment tracking system to track basic employment information of successful applicants deployed for local and overseas work, purposely for profiling and monitoring.

The electronic Company Registry and Employment Tracking System (eCRETS) will provide accessible and real-time information for municipalities to monitor the number and type of overseas workers existing in their localities.

Employee information  in eCRETS will include Name, Age, Sex, Address, Position Hired for, Date Hired, Name of Employee, Name of Recruitment Agency/ies (for overseas work), area of Deployment, Contract Period, and Salary (optional).

“For now, the system will solely be managed by the provincial PESO since some of its features are yet to be finalized with the help of our university partners. Once the system will be in place, it will be available to our PESOs in the municipalities of Iloilo,” said PESO Chief Francisco T. Heler, Jr.

eCRETS is a complementary database for electronic Manpower and Skills Registry System(eMSRS), a database borne out of the need of our partner employers and companies for a simple and practical repository of manpower and skills requirements. eMSRS is  anchored on DOLE’s PESO Employment Information System (PEIS), and through the years, have effectively and efficiently served our company clients particularly for their Special Recruitment Activities and Hiring Ramps, as well as served academic institutions and Local Government Units for labor force data as references.

The two systems combine into a comprehensive labor force profiling and tracking mechanism which provide for a more effective and efficient employment facilitation and protection by PESO.
