The Jaro Archdiocesan Commission on Pastoral Care of Migrants and Itinerant People led the Migrants’ Sunday Celebration on February 18, 2018 at St. Vincent Ferrer Seminary with the theme, “Welcoming, Protecting, Promoting, and integrating Migrants and Refugees”.
Present in the celebration were DOLE Regional Director Atty. Johnson G. Cañete and Iloilo Province PESO Chief Francisco T. Heler, Jr. who both gave inspiring messages to participants.
